Operator and eligibility

FTL Rates is operated by Optimus Technology Inc. Contact support@ftlrates.com for account or service help. These terms describe use of FTL Rates and its optional text-quoting service. The privacy notice is available at https://app.ftlrates.com/privacy.

FTL Rates serves authorized representatives of motor carriers and freight brokers, along with authorized internal staff. Use accurate account and company details, maintain access to your verified email and accept company invitations only when you are authorized to represent that business. Do not share accounts, impersonate another business or bypass verification or access restrictions.

Company administration and acceptable use

The first verified user establishing a company account becomes its owner. Owners and administrators manage team access within their permitted roles. Company classification determines access to restricted information. Companies with both broker and carrier activities require an approved business-separation exception before restricted broker information becomes available.

Do not make abusive automated requests, attempt to obtain information outside your permissions or submit information you lack authority to share. Access depends on continued account and company eligibility.

Historical rate information

Rates are historical market information, not executable offers, guaranteed prices or advice about what to charge. Results depend on lane history, equipment and the available time window. Missing or insufficient data does not mean the rate is zero. You are responsible for evaluating the information for your transaction.

FTL Rates text quoting

When available, text quoting supports eligible users with their own US mobile line. Enrollment is voluntary: enter your number, select the consent checkbox and complete verification in your account. After five successful deliberate web searches, we may prompt you to enroll. Declining does not prevent eligible web searches. Text access requires current account eligibility and phone verification; reverification is required after 30 days.

The program sends verification codes and replies to the lane requests you submit. It does not send marketing texts. Message frequency depends on your requests. Message and data rates may apply. For a lane reply, text a request such as “Chicago IL to Dallas TX, dry van” to +1 847-447-2061. Supported equipment is dry van, reefer or flatbed. Replies contain historical linehaul in US dollars; available averages and dates depend on the underlying data. Delivery and availability may be affected by your carrier or service interruptions.

Reply STOP to stop quote texts or disable text quoting in your account. You may receive an opt-out confirmation. Reply HELP or email support@ftlrates.com for help. Sending START alone does not re-enroll your account: follow the account enrollment instructions and complete a new verification to resume. Texting remains subject to provider opt-out controls. Tell us if you lose control of your enrolled number, and disable or update it in your account.
